Galvanized corrugated metal pipes are rolled into corrugated parts or sheets by professional manufacturers using 2.0-7.0 mm steel sheets. Each segment is divided into two or more portions along the circumference. For circular pipe culverts with a diameter of 0.5m <D <2.0m, an integral galvanized threaded steel pipe section with a length of 2.0-12.0m is used; for a circular pipe culvert with a diameter of 2.0m <D <8.0m, a composite plate type is adopted. The effective width of each corrugated board is 1.0m. For longitudinal connections of integral galvanized threaded steel pipe joints, professionals use two or three clamps at the end of the pipe joint. The width of each clamp is not less than 0.4 meters. It is assembled from high-strength bolts on site, and the lateral and longitudinal connections of the assembled panels are assembled by professional professionals using the reserved bolt holes on the edge of the panel and overlapped by high-strength bolts on the spot. To prevent leakage, a polyethylene foam plate seal is used at the end joint of the integral galvanized threaded pipe joint, and a weather resistant sealant or a polyethylene foam plate seal is used at the joint of the assembled plate.
